Community Outreach

Summary

Frankie’s Family is constantly working on creating community outreach and volunteer opportunities for those interested as we help those families in need.

Currently we are working with the Salvation Army on the 1st Tuesday of each month, partnering with their street outreach team in feeding the homeless in downtown Louisville.

We are always striving to find new opportunities to expand our volunteer outreach.

“God loves with a great love the man whose heart is bursting with a passion for the impossible.” ― William Booth

No truer words describe Frankie Hilbert, a man whose passion for bringing hope and smiles to hundreds of Angel Tree children each year, is personified in the organization that bears his name, Frankie’s Family.

The Salvation Army is blessed to be the recipient of Frankie’s passion and those that work side-by-side with him, to ensure that Christmas dreams are realized by hundreds of children on Christmas morning.

Frankie Hilbert’s effort each year embodies the true spirit of Christmas, giving love, joy and kindness to others who desire it most.

Volunteering with Frankie’s Family is one of the highlights of our holiday season. We are excited to continue to work with this amazing organization!
